These terms cover the Glowbug Games website and describe important conditions for using the app. A grown-up should manage downloads, purchases, permissions and email signup.
Play and its limits
Glowbug Games offers educational visual-skills activities. It is not a medical test or treatment and does not promise improvements in eyesight, reading, learning or attention. Ask an eye-care professional about concerns. Take breaks and stop playing if your child is uncomfortable.
Access and purchases
The first three levels of each game are free. Paid access is offered through Glowbug Plus. The purchase screen shows the current price, access and any renewal terms before you buy. Apple handles billing, subscription management and refund requests. Restore purchases from the grown-up corner using the Apple account that made the purchase.
Downloads from the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable. This website does not change your rights under those terms or applicable consumer law.
Using our content
Use the app and website for their intended personal and family purposes. Artwork, sound and site content belong to The Apollo Street Company, LLC or their respective licensors. Do not redistribute them as your own product.
Website signup
Email signup is for grown-ups who want launch news and game updates. Please provide your own email address and no child details. How we store it is explained in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We may update the games or website. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
